Founder John Chapman – “Music has been the most influential and prolific thing in my life for as long as I can remember and opening my own venue was the culmination of an incredibly long and varied career. Thru Tone Media was set up in 2004 when we first got involved with Television production and internet TV platforms. This then led to an earlier version of our record label Thru-Tone Records. In 2022 I started The TGS Live-Lounge project, with grass-roots open mic nights, therapy and music groups, classes and workshops, working hard on building a music based community. We now run events in many venues in different parts of the country but our home venue is The Eye Town Hall which we dearly love”
Since we started the project we have concentrated on artist development and launched our artist development hub at the beginning of 2024. Keeping songwriters and musicians involved in the studio for regular practice, advice from industry professionals and bringing ideas to life. Check out our monthly membership options.
